Shipping Policy
-Shipment Processing Time

-All orders are processed within 2-5 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on  weekends or holidays.
-Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
-Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily  ship from Mexico and use USPS.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Oktober Studios is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Refund Policy
-Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
-Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
-It must also be in the original packaging.
-To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
-Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (Stripe/PayPal) within a certain amount of days.
